Summer Sound Bath Meditation #3

Sound bath meditations are back at Edmond Town Hall for the summer of 2023!
Join us in the main theater at Edmond, with a choice of being on the stage or in the seats, which ever allows you to relax and be taken on a journey by Julia Gerace.
Brief explanation of soundbath begins at 7 PM, please arrive before to be comfortably set. Soundbath begins immediately after. Please bring yoga mat, pillows, blankets, etc.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to release the tension, anxiety, and stress of daily life. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. A short guided meditation helps ease the participant into the deeper listening experience.
